Overturned Car in Creek

Rescue 34 responded to an overturned vehicle accident on Neff Road cross of Grim Hollow Road, Windsor Township.  Duty Officer arrived on scene where York Area Regional Police were already there having the local resident that found the car, use his farm tractor to lift the car up out of the water enough to see if there was anyone inside.  Police Department did advise Duty Officer 34 that there was 1 Class 4 patient.  Once car was pulled out of the water under supervision of local towing company, Rescue 34 popped the door inorder to remove patient.
