SCBA Refresher

SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) is a life saving device for firefighters in an IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life & Health) atmospheres.  Because of this, all firefighters at Leo are required to Refresh on this piece of equipment annually.
