MVA Freysville Rd., Windsor Twp

At approx. 2120 hours Monday, June 1, 2009 a single vehicle accident occurred at Freysville Road cross of Manor Road when the Nissan sportscar driven by a teenager left the roadway and clipped a utility pole in half landing on its roof. Both occupants were not wearing seatbelts and were ejected. Rescue 34 assisted packaging the two patients transport. Ambulance 37, Medic 97 & MICU 36 transported both patients. Two houses nearby were searched by fire department with Thermal Imaging Cameras for electrical damage caused from the accident. Met Ed and Verizon were onscene throughout the night replacing the pole while Fire Police kept the roadway shut down. Click here for the news report from WGAL. YDR record story can be read here.
